Playgroup Overview

The Playgroup marks a significant milestone in a child's educational journey, as it serves as their first encounter with a school setting. By engaging in a Playgroup, children acquire essential skills and abilities that enhance their readiness for a preschool programme.

The Playgroup welcomes children, marking the commencement of their journey in the PRESCHOOL Programme. Throughout this initial year, our preschoolers are exposed to the FIVE STAR curriculum, which encompasses five unique educational programs. These programs are delivered through a combination of play, music, movement, and sensorial activities. The primary aim during this stage is to foster the child's creativity, confidence, and motor skills development

During Playgroup, children are encouraged to develop and grow through play. They interact, learn Basic Islamic concepts, games, participate in arts and crafts, sing nursery rhymes with music and are introduced to exercises in practical life. Parents are required to actively participate to assure the success of the programme.
