Required Documents for Registration in TCAS
- Student Original Birth Certificate / CNIC / Passport+ 3 Photocopy.
- Both Parent’s Original CNIC / Passport+ 3 Photocopy.
- 9 student Passport Size Photographs with white Background.
- Photocopy of the Students’ birth certificate
- Copy of the Vaccination Card.
- Continuing study Letter from Previous School with Student’s Registration Number
- Student’s final Report Card from Previous School
- Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate of the last school attended.
- Medical Report.
Please Note: It is the parent' s responsibility to provide the documents listed above, by completing and signing the Admission Form, the parent accepts this responsibility.
Please also submit the three (3) hard copies of above all documents in TCAS admission office.
Other Documents Fee for Leaving from School
School will be charging service fee for Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate PKR 1000 upon request from student’s parents.
